Robert Manzer

Robert Manzer is chief academic officer of Acadeum (formerly College Consortium, Inc.), an educational technology company whose platform enables intercollege enrollments to support student progress, retention, and graduation. He works directly with higher education institutions and oversees all academic matters for the company, including regulatory and accreditation affairs, faculty members, quality assessment and institutional effectiveness, curriculum, online classroom elements, and educational technology. Previously, Manzer served as provost for American Intercontinental University, where he implemented predictive analytics-based personalized learning and adaptive teaching across four programs. Earlier, he served as vice president for academic affairs at St. Edward’s University, dean of the college of arts and sciences at Ohio Northern University, and the founding dean of university college at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
