Cinthia Lopez

Cinthia Lopez joined Google as director of talent outreach in November 2021 after almost 20 years at Capital One. She began her career in product management in the credit card industry. After that, she worked in project management, process management, and risk management. In 2015, Lopez transferred to human resources where she held roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion; leadership development; and as a human resources business partner. In 2018, she became vice president of human resources and head of university recruiting and programs for Capital One, where her team delivered amazing recruiting and program experiences for thousands of candidates and associates. Lopez holds a BS in business administration from University of the Ozarks and a MA in Latin American studies from Georgetown University.
