CIC is piloting a Corporate Affiliate program to provide members with discounted services and products and, at the same time, encourage companies to invest in the independent higher education sector.
Before entering into a partnership, CIC staff conducts an extensive review and negotiation process to ensure savings are significant, and that the company is committed to serving member institutions.
CIC will continue to negotiate savings on services that can make a difference to member institutions and increase the value of a CIC membership. The Corporate Affiliate program reaffirms CIC’s dedication to institutional health and long-term partnership.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for these offers?
Only CIC institutional members are eligible for the negotiated arrangements with our Corporate Affiliate partners.
How do I take advantage of these offers?
Each Corporate Affiliate partner page lists specific offers and directs you to the contact team for our partner so you can find out more.
How are Corporate Affiliate arrangements designed?
First and foremost, all Corporate Affiliate arrangements must provide significant value to CIC members—a value that is worth talking about and only available through CIC. These arrangements are unique in that business partners must be willing to provide negotiated rates and specialized services for our members. The Corporate Affiliate program is new and designed to respond to pressing concerns we hear from member presidents and teams.
Is this arrangement with CIC or with the partner?
CIC has used our association’s scale to negotiate compelling offers for members. With these offers in hand, members contract directly with the partners. Acknowledging that there are many options available in the marketplace, we are excited to highlight these solutions for independent higher education and the partners providing them.
There is no obligation or expectation for any CIC member to hire any of the affiliate companies and CIC cannot offer any guarantee of satisfaction or fit for a particular institution.
What if I want to partner with CIC to be a Corporate Affiliate?
