Jenny Xia Spradling

Jenny Xia Spradling is the co-founder and co-CEO of FreeWill, a nonprofit technology provider that makes it easy for charities to fundraise through planned giving, tax-efficient giving (crypto, stocks, DAF, QCDs), and grant fundraising. FreeWill has grown to be the largest provider of estate planning in the US. By making it easy and free for Americans to create estate plans and donate to charity, FreeWill has generated over $13 billion in commitments to charity.  Previously, Spradling worked at Bain Capital and McKinsey, and was a co-founder at Paribus. She was named to Forbes’ “30 under 30” in social impact and Town & Country’s “Top 50 Philanthropists.” She graduated from Harvard University (MA) in applied math and also attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business (CA).
