Peg Cornwell has served in the role of presidential spouse since 2008, first at the College of Wooster (OH) and then at Rollins College (FL), retiring in July 2025. Cornwell became deeply engaged with the campus and local communities at both institutions. At Wooster, she created a 250-member Parents Leadership Council and played an active role in the college’s internal and external relations. During her time at Rollins College, she served on the boards of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, the Victory Cup Initiative, Florida Executive Women, Winter Park Day Nursery, and more recently Central Florida Public Media.
