This interactive session will explore strategies to create and sustain effective networks of support for faculty and institutional leaders. A model program will be shared which provides impactful approaches that build community and inspire action. As a rising tide lifts all boats, peer support not only benefits the individual but also promotes the collective advancement of groups, which leads to institutional transformation. As isolation is a shared experience for faculty and institutional leaders, especially at primarily undergraduate institutions, this session will highlight how peer networks combat isolation while inspiring systemic changes by identifying and developing strategies that reduce obstacles and increase the retention and advancement of a diverse faculty.
