Join this interactive session to learn how academic leaders can engage third-party partnerships to generate objective insights and augment internal capacities for growth across recruitment segments. Senior academic leaders from two CIC member institutions will discuss how collaborating with Hanover Research helped reshape their institutions’ approaches to higher education recruitment and retention strategies among non-majority populations. The institutions introduced new strategies to diversify their student populations—such as engaging Hispanic-identified students, military and adult learners—while maintaining traditional campus values. Participants in the session will learn about unique support and recruitment approaches, the evolution of continuing education at liberal arts colleges, and the application of institutional research to generate effective enrollment coaching strategies.
