This presentation will offer an engaging journey through AdventHealth University (FL)’s pioneering Whole-Person Education project, a transformative initiative reshaping educational paradigms. It includes an adaptable methodology of continual improvement, with robust assessment and implementation strategies. This methodology serves to integrate the pathways of belonging, wellbeing, fulfillment, and purpose in three vital domains: educational excellence, faculty and staff development, and student services. Participants will learn about the evolution of a refined curriculum, strengthened team dynamics, and innovative faculty development—all converging to elevate students’ experience of holistic growth within the context of comprehensive education.
