For a wide variety of reasons, not every presidency turns out as hoped or expected. This session features two change-oriented presidents, who, after facing surprising and difficult situations at one institution, went on to secure presidencies elsewhere. Via real-life case studies, the presentation of research, and candid interviews, these presidents will speak personally and honestly about what went wrong, what they might have done differently, and the challenges that exist.
