This session describes how one campus employed a radical approach to achieving the goal of building and maintaining an inclusive academic affairs division. It provides examples of strategies that chief academic officers can employ and shares lessons about how to work with deans, department heads, and others in academic affairs (library, registrar, student tutoring, and teaching and learning centers) to implement campus diversity goals.
