In this interactive session, facilitators will share an overview of how vocational discernment was interwoven into the culture and programming at two institutions. With the support of NetVUE grants, both institutions began by building faculty and staff investment in the vocation paradigm; they then translated that investment into actionable changes focused on student mentoring and advising. The presentation will include a description of these efforts from each institution. Session participants will interact in small groups to reflect on how a focus on vocation might broaden institution-wide engagement and shape programs on their campuses.
