This session will empower chief academic affairs officers and student affairs/student success officers to transform their institutions through holistic, mission-driven approaches that address the complete student experience. Examples of Keuka College (NY)’s successful initiatives will be shared—including brief program overviews and outcomes data—along with discussions on how to leverage grant funding and change management theory to create lasting cultural shifts and stronger student outcomes. Participants will have time to reflect individually on institutional collaboration opportunities and to engage in peer problem-solving to identify strategies to inspire cross-departmental collaboration and transform their student experience at any point from pre-enrollment/deposit through graduation.
