Cultivating a Culture of Vocation through Character, Initiative, and Calling

March 21, 2026

Driven by our mission to prepare students for purposeful lives and meaningful service, Campbell University has recently taken intentional steps to integrate the language of calling and vocation across academic disciplines and student-facing departments. This session will outline our campus-wide self-assessment process, as well as the creation of professional learning communities and workshops that sustain this work. Supported by NetVUE and the Educating Character Initiative at Wake Forest University, we are cultivating a growing culture of vocational discernment throughout the Campbell community.
