Drawing on the familiar in-flight safety metaphor, the program explores how resiliency as a president starts with yourself, but it is sustained through team relationships. Participants will join a mock team meeting that guides them through a resiliency plan that presidents could adapt for their teams. Presidents will walk away with a resiliency-guided discussion and a resiliency toolkit for their team members (and hopefully their own plan).
