Leading With Intention: Developing Team as a Strategic Imperative

November 8, 2026

Successful, healthy, and high-functioning teams don’t happen by accident. They develop from an ongoing investment of time, intention, and professional development. Most teams operate on assumptions that are often untested. High-functioning teams require clarity, connection, and a common purpose. How a team operates will determine what a team, and team members, are able to accomplish.

This session offers practical insight from the field and frameworks for addressing ongoing team development. Teamwork is practice, and we get good at what we practice. Participants will leave with practical tools and insights for shifting from a group of leaders with varied portfolios to a team of leaders with shared responsibilities and greater impact.
