As the challenges of emerging adulthood intersect with the challenges of the current economy, undergraduates may become overwhelmed as they work to find their place and purpose in the world. This session introduces LifeWork, a signature program from Calvin University (MI), as one way to facilitate a holistic understanding of vocation that clearly aligns work opportunities with their interests and talents. Session participants will be invited to engage in large- and small-group discussions about campus initiatives, institutional challenges, and strategies for helping young adults grapple with workplace calling and holistic living.
