Models of Shared Governance

Many CIC institutions recognize a deep need to renew and refine shared governance philosophies, processes, and structures. What are best practices for initiating a review process and keeping it on track? What are examples of successful outcomes? How can CAOs ensure that revamped models of shared governance function effectively? Answering these and other questions with successful models is the focus of this session. Participants will leave with actionable tips on how to achieve successful shared governance structures on their campuses.
