Yoga
This is a beginner-friendly yoga class perfect for those new to yoga or anyone looking for a gentle practice. Chairs will be used to support the various poses, making this class accessible for all ages and fitness levels. You can expect a combination of seated and standing poses using the chair for balance and support, along with breath work and relaxation techniques to enhance your overall wellbeing. Mats also will be available for those who prefer to use them. Please dress comfortably.
Instructor: Tessa Tovar
Tessa Tovar has been practicing yoga since 2001 and has accumulated over 500 hours of accredited teaching certifications with a focus on Vinyasa, Nidra, Restorative, Reiki Level I&II, Pranayama, and guided meditation. In 2017, Tovar received her certification in health training from the Institute of International Nutrition. Her health coaching practice focuses on bio-individuality, which means that each person has different needs for creating optimal whole-body health.
