Yoga
This is a beginner-friendly yoga class perfect for those new to yoga or anyone looking for a gentle practice. Chairs will be used to support the various poses, making this class accessible for all ages and fitness levels. You can expect a combination of seated and standing poses using the chair for balance and support, along with breath work and relaxation techniques to enhance your overall wellbeing. Mats also will be available for those who prefer to use them. Please dress comfortably.
Instructor: Charlie Dewes
Charlie Deweshas been practicing yoga since 2010 and has accumulated over 500 HRS hours of accredited teaching certifications with a focus on Vinyasa (Power and Slow Flows), Restorative, Pranayama, and guided meditation. In 2012, Charlie received his 200HR RYT certification from Invoke Yoga Studio and has taught over 1,000 hours of classes since that time. He went back to pursue a 300HR RYT training in 2020 with Indiana Yoga Studio to become a 500HR RYT with the Yoga Alliance. Charlie’s yoga teaching focuses on empowering students to be creative, make the right choices for their bodies, and practice self-acceptance.
