David Berry

David Berry is a leadership expert, executive coach, author, and educator who has spent more than twenty-five years helping leaders navigate complexity, change, and the very human challenges that come with both. David is the founder of RULE13 Learning, where he works with leaders and organizations across industries to build the clarity, courage, and connection needed to thrive in uncertain times. He currently teaches leadership and organizational behavior at California State University San Marcos and previously served as vice president of people & culture at MUNICIPAL Apparel and vice president of leadership & learning at TaylorMade Golf, where he helped develop leaders and coaching cultures during periods of extraordinary growth. David is the author of More Human Than Otherwise and A More Daring Life.
