Michelle Steffenhagen

Michelle Steffenhagen serves as a professional development program officer for NetVUE. She provides leadership for the NetVUE topical resource guides and offers consultations and workshops to member institutions. Michelle also participated in the NetVUE faculty seminar on Teaching Vocational Exploration and serves as a NetVUE faculty fellow. Her home institution is Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she is an associate professor in the psychological sciences and the director of academic first-year experiences and vocation, general education coordinator, and the program director for Introduction to Wellbeing. Michelle’s academic interests include student success, the intersection of wellbeing and vocation, and professional coaching in higher education. She is also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Michelle holds a BA and EdD from Bethel University (MN) and two MS degrees from Lee University.
