Competing for Relevance in a Consumer-Driven Era

Manatee

Today’s students expect the same speed, personalization, and seamless digital experiences from higher education that they get from Netflix and Uber, yet most institutions still operate on outdated timelines and rigid processes. As consumer expectations rapidly evolve, the gap between what students want and what colleges deliver is widening, threatening enrollment and institutional relevance. To thrive, not just survive, in this new era, we must fundamentally rethink our operational models, embrace technological innovation, and put student experience at the center of every decision.
