How can CIC chief officers align strategy, data, and workflows to build a campus culture that turns enrollment success into lifelong alumni loyalty? Catawba College’s chief officers will discuss how they use a student belonging framework as a cabinet-level strategy to bridge administrative silos, strengthen persistence, protect tuition revenue, and cultivate future donor engagement. Participants will explore practical ways to connect student experience, institutional accountability, and alumni outcomes across the full student lifecycle—from initial enrollment through graduation and beyond. They also will be invited to share campus-tested successes, challenges, and lessons learned in cross-divisional alignment on their own campuses.
