In response to CIC member data and requests for more information about ongoing topics in the sector, CIC has hosted four webinars since June 2023.

The 2023–2024 CIC State Councils Scholarship Challenge Grant has been conditionally awarded to many State Council organizations in the total of $176,000.

CIC’s Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education (NetVUE) is accepting proposals for a new grant of up to $40,000. CIC has also announced the opening of registration for the 2024 NetVUE Conference.

CIC is piloting a Corporate Affiliate program to provide members with discounted services and products and, at the same time, encourage companies to invest in the independent higher education sector. CIC is excited to announce two initial offerings.

With so many reports about the challenges of independent colleges, CIC would like to highlight a sampling of member institutions that shared with us that they surpassed their enrollment goals.

As independent institutions continue to add new programs and areas of study to appeal to more students, many CIC members offer more than just bachelor’s degrees.

Most CIC members take advantage of at least one CIC network and a high percentage of institutions take advantage of multiple networks. CIC offers these networks to advance your institution’s goals, mission, and priorities.
