NetVUE Program Development Grants
Program Development Grants are intended to deepen, expand, refresh, or otherwise strengthen vocational exploration programs that are already underway and supported by NetVUE member colleges and universities. Applications for the current round are due November 20, 2026. -
NetVUE Grants for Reframing the Institutional Saga
The purpose of this grant program is to enable institutions to produce an updated account of their history and mission in light of their current context. Grants may be requested in amounts ranging up to $60,000 for use over three years. Applications for the current round are due August 7, 2026. -
NetVUE Professional Development Awards
NetVUE Professional Development Awards may be requested in amounts up to $20,000 for use over one year for professional development activities that enhance the knowledge, skills, and expertise of faculty and staff members who play important roles in undergraduate vocational initiatives. Applications for the current round are due April 10, 2026. -
NetVUE Vocation across the Academy Grants
The purpose of this grant program is to help colleges and universities develop more effective ways to strengthen the link between two purposes of undergraduate education: shaping a philosophy of life and securing postgraduate employment. NetVUE Vocation across the Academy Grants provide three years of grant funding of up to $150,000 for projects that are four years in duration. Applications for the current round were due March 27, 2026. -
2027 NetVUE Summer Seminar: Teaching Vocational Exploration
CIC is pleased to offer a multidisciplinary seminar, Teaching Vocational Exploration, for full-time faculty members in all fields at colleges and universities that are members of the Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education (NetVUE). The seminar is designed for early- to mid-career faculty members at the rank of assistant or associate professor or the equivalent.
