Marina Esteve Wagstaff joined CIC in 2023 and is the executive assistant to the SVPAP and manager of academic programs and HR. In this role, she supports the work and coordinating aspects of leadership development programs and grant-funded projects that fall within the scope of the vice president for academic programs’ role. She also supports certain human resources projects including benefits and workplace culture. Prior to joining CIC, Esteve Wagstaff was the program specialist at Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital and the community programs director at Frost Valley YMCA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and film studies from the University of Exeter and a master’s degree in elementary education with a specialty in foreign languages from the University of East Anglia.
