Two critical tasks all leaders must manage include building the strength of team members (e.g., bench strength) and determining when it’s time to make the next career transition. In this interactive session, attendees will learn how to apply a strategic career advancement framework in service to their teams/units to support the growth and development of team members. In addition, reflective prompts will be provided to help attendees think through how and when to navigate career transitions for themselves and others as they consider their own career calling.
