Institutional leaders spend a lot of time thinking about and promoting a value proposition for students to convince them to attend your college or university. Are leaders giving the same thought to your institution’s employee value proposition? The contest for talent that heated up during the Great Resignation is still red hot, and it’s harder than ever to compete. Drawing on research from the TIAA Institute, this session will explore key components of an employee value proposition. We’ll zero in on employee well-being and introduce the concept of longevity fitness to inspire new thinking about supporting employees throughout their careers.
