Upcoming Opportunity
Nominate (or Be Nominated) for a 2026 Summer Seminar
Nomination portals are now open for two different professional development seminars that will take place in 2026. These five-day seminars are designed to help educators support their institutions and their students in the work of vocational exploration and discernment. The seminars also create a cadre of leaders who can provide network-wide guidance on these issues, as well as mutual support as they carry out this work on their respective campuses. Due to the generous support of Lilly Endowment Inc., all seminar costs are covered, including a generous travel reimbursement.
Choose the seminar that best fits your campus role:

June 22–26, 2026 | Memphis, TN
Designed for staff who direct campus programs or serve in other long-term administrative capacities, but who do not also hold faculty appointments. Led by Julie Massey and Richard Sévère.

June 15–19, 2026 | Louisville, KY
For emerging campus leaders in administrative roles who would like to explore campus-wide projects that encourage vocational exploration. Led by Remylin Bruder and Kurt Schackmuth.
The nomination deadline for either seminar is November 21, 2025. Please consider whether one of these seminars may be appropriate for you; if so, let your cabinet-level supervisor know of your interest. Please indicate to that person that the nomination portals for these seminars are open and be sure to note the deadline.
