NetVUE Scholarship
The NetVUE Journal: A Call for Submissions
At the heart of NetVUE’s work is a rich and varied exchange of ideas about how best to support students in discerning and exploring their callings. Studies in Vocation and Calling (SVC) joins NetVUE’s portfolio of publications—alongside the volumes in the NetVUE Scholarly Resources Project and NetVUE’s blog Vocation Matters—as a venue for scholarly, reflective, and/or creative conversations about vocation. Please help us advance these conversations!
Contributions are invited from staff, faculty members, and administrators. Writing can focus on theoretical reflections, program successes, grant outcomes, classroom or advising epiphanies, and even fiction and poetry with a connection to vocation.

The submission portal is now open. Manuscripts are considered on a rolling basis; while the inaugural Spring 2026 issue is now filled, submissions for future issues should be submitted by February 2, 2026. You can learn more about SVC on the journal site and on its NetVUE webpage. For any questions not answered at these locations, please contact Krista Hughes, NetVUE director of resource development, at khughes@cic.edu.
