This practical session will focus on academic program review and prioritization, setting up graduate or other new programs, programming for financial sustainability, and effective program discontinuation.

This session will provide strategies for hiring and retaining quality faculty. Resources will be provided to strengthen the search process and to ensure a diverse applicant pool.
