The Campus Visit program provides institutions with the opportunity to send a small team to another institution to learn more about their engagement with vocational exploration. These visits are designed for institutions interested in developing or improving specific vocational programs or initiatives.
A limited number of grants are available for NetVUE member institutions to send a small team (up to three people) on a campus visit. Grants will cover travel, housing, and meals for up to $600 per team member. Institutions are eligible for one Campus Visit grant per year.
Featured Host Institutions
During the 2026-2027 academic year, the following Campus Visit opportunities are available for immediate application. Each focuses on a distinct kind of programming and is hosted by a NetVUE member institution with experience in successful planning and implementation of that programming. Spaces are limited, so applications will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Requesting a NetVUE Campus Visit
Institutions interested in participating in one of these campus visits should submit their form through the appropriate link above. After you submit the form, a NetVUE representative will reach out with next steps.
If you are interested in visiting an institution not listed in this year’s featured options, there is also a self-organized Campus Visit option. A NetVUE member institution can contact any other member institution that has vocational programming about which they want to learn more, and inquire whether that institution is available to host them for a self-organized campus visit. After confirming the potential host and making preliminary arrangements with them, the requesting institution can then apply for NetVUE funding using the appropriate application form.
For both the featured campus visit opportunities and self-organized options, the use of grant funds should be planned with the host campus to support meal and lodging expenses during the visit. Then within 30 days of the visit, participants should submit a one- to two-page report to NetVUE summarizing what was learned and describing the next steps to be taken by the visiting campus. The report should be accompanied by a request for visit expense reimbursement.
