Host Institution: Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Dates: This opportunity will be offered twice, once in the fall (November 2026) and once in the spring (April/May 2027), each being a 2-day/1-night visit. Precise dates will be set by the first institution to confirm a schedule with Bay Path by contacting Michelle McGrath at mimcgrath@baypath.edu; subsequent applicants would then join that same visit.
Programming Focus: AI, Career Readiness, and Vocation. Bay Path University is a leader in innovative explorations that combine artificial intelligence with career exploration, mentorship, and reflective learning. Empowered by recently-awarded grants, they are on the front edges of envisioning, implementing, and assessing programs that integrate such efforts into University life and work. Opportunities are open for teams to visit Bay Path in order to see and learn first-hand how their programs are being developed and how similar efforts might be imagined, communicated, and implemented at other institutions.
Capacity: Each scheduled visit is open to up to three institutions, each sending a 2-3 person team.
